Garden Route Dam
Water, mountains and open sky. The Dam delivers dramatic natural backdrops that are hard to find anywhere else in George. Expect wide open shots with the Outeniquas behind you and intimate moments along the water's edge. For the more adventurous couples, a short walk from the parking area opens up a stunning forested section that takes your shots to a completely different level.
NG Moedergemeente Church
One of George's most iconic landmarks. The whitewashed architecture set against the Outeniqua mountains creates a classic, timeless feel that pairs beautifully with formal matric attire. For couples wanting something a little different, there are also several urban photography options within easy reach of the church, giving your gallery an unexpected variety
Garden Route Botanical Gardens
The most varied location of the three. The gardens offer charming wooden bridges crossing a natural stream, a beautiful open lake, and a manicured lawn with sweeping views of the Outeniqua mountain range. Lush, layered and full of character. This is the spot where the best candid moments tend to happen naturally.
